NEA-Alaska/Retired member Laura Farley retired from MSEA last year. It’s awesome to hear she is volunteering at the Black Hawk Middle School in Madison, Wisconsin. Her daughter is a member of the Wisconsin NEA and helped organize a “Math Week” at Black Hawk Middle School. Laura volunteered for the entire week in her daughter’s classroom. She said she had a great time. On one of the days, they made mini pies for PI DAY.
